How to Create New Listing Types?

In RealtySoft Property Manager, creating new listing types allows you to define specific listing categories of
properties (e.g., Rental, New Development, etc.) that best help understand the property’s listing type.

1. Navigate to the Configurations Menu
   Open the application and locate the “Configurations” menu.
2. Choose Listing Types
   Select listing types from the menu.
   
3. Haga clic en "Nuevo
   Pulse el botón Nuevo button to create a new listing type.
   
4. Rellene el formulario
   • A form will appear. Fill in the relevant details of the listing type.

   

5. Guardar
   • Click the cloud icon on the top to save the information.
