Auto-schedule For Matched Property Email
OVERZICHT
De Auto-Email option in RealtySoft Property Manager is designed to streamline communication by automatically sending newly matched properties to potential buyers without manual intervention. This feature runs as a background task (Cron Job) and ensures that clients remain updated on properties that match their preferences.
How to Enable the Auto-Email Feature
- Step 1: Modus Ontwikkelaar activeren
Before proceeding, ensure that Developer Mode is activated.
Refer to the “How to Enable Developer Mode“ guide in the knowledge base if you’re unsure how to do this.
- Step 2: Access Scheduled Actions
To access the scheduled action responsible for auto-sending matched properties, go to Instellingen, then navigate to Technischen klik op Geplande acties.
In the search bar at the top, type “Auto-Send New Property Email” to quickly locate the specific action. Once you find it in the list, click on it to open and configure the scheduled action
- Step 3: Activate and Configure the Auto-Send Action
Once inside the action settings:
✅ Active:
Make sure this toggled on to enable the auto-email functionality.
⏰ Execution Frequency:
Set how often the system should check and send matched property emails.
📅 Next Execution Date & Time:
Define when the next execution should occur. This controls the exact date and time for sending out the next batch of matched properties.
After all configurations are done, click Save to apply changes.
Important Reminders
- This feature will only function if the Send Matched Properties To field is populated under the wishlist option.
- If the field is left blank, no emails will be sent—neither manually nor automatically.
- A valid email address must be saved in the recipient’s contact record for delivery to succeed.
- Emails are sent only for newly listed properties that meet Wishlist criteria—not for those previously sent.
